They offer great aircraft at a good price. Communication is okay. Issues are they will pull tails for better trips. They typically only do a one hour show regardless of trip. They are often delayed in departure by 30 mins because of this. From a quoting perspective they often quickly quote but many quotes are not accurate so they will just deny. Leaving a broker looking foolish to their clients.
Good value. Great fleet. Communication is not great. Often auto quote and aircraft is not available at the time of booking. They have pulled a plane on us before to recover another trip. Overall I still use them due to the size and condition of their fleet
